Description and Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated senior seller who can build great customer relationships and is able to sell Lenovo’s PCs, Smart Devices & Solutions and Services such as Lifecycle Management and Smarter AI for All to customers. You will be reporting to the One Lenovo Enterprise Sales Manager and work in your role as Account Manager for an acquisition customer set of large enterprise accounts within a team consisting of Client Manager, Datacenter Specialist and Inside Sales to support and grow Lenovo’s enterprise business.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers and establishing relationships – alone or with the help of Client Manager and Team Lenovo
- Consulting with customers about business challenges and requirements, the resulting range of possible products and solutions and the benefits of each option
- Driving the entire sales cycle to closed sales. Working with internal functions like technical sales teams, profit management and pricing, order desk and services, to get from requirements to offering to order to delivered project
- Developing your territory plan to meet sales targets as well as account plans for strategic customers together with the Client Manager
- Providing forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods based on the deal pipeline
- Cultivating strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to our customers
- Providing feedback to Lenovo management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
What will you bring:
- A proven track record in successfully selling IT solutions for at least 5 years
- The ability to sell Lenovo’s PCs, Smart Devices & solutions and services such as Smarter AI for All. As the Account Manager in the team, strong technical and solution skills are a must
- Taking ownership in driving Team Lenovo to get from customer requirements to solution to offering to deal closure to delivery
- Understanding of the technologies, industry trends, and workloads shaping the IT market, for example Lifecycle Management and AI
- Entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate and focused, and a can-do attitude with a high level of self-motivation
- Acquisition mindset, unafraid of establishing new customer relations
- German on native speaker level, fluency in English
