Our latest project: developing an AI-powered Open Source tool for automatically translating complex language into Easy Language (Leichte Sprache) – a project that truly advances digital inclusion!
For this, we are looking for YOU – a motivated AI developer who wants to work with us on groundbreaking solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and optimization of an AI-powered model for translating texts into Easy Language
- Prepare datasets and train models based on Open Source language models
- Implement and optimize an API to integrate the system into various platforms
- Collaborate with our development team to integrate the AI into our SaaS product
- Share your knowledge and continue developing – you will both contribute to and benefit from professional development in AI & Machine Learning
- Prototype and develop additional AI tools for client projects and CMS-related use cases
- Help identify AI potential within the company and integrate it into client projects
What You Bring
- Basic knowledge of AI, NLP, and Machine Learning – for example, experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
- Experience with Open Source technologies and a passion for collaborative software development
- Programming skills in Python (or a comparable language)
- Interest in text processing and language models – ideally, you have already worked with NLP
- Experience using AI tools to create and optimize content
- Initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for contributing to a small, dynamic team
- A willingness to grow together and share knowledge – whether with experienced colleagues or newer team members
