Intro
Are you technically inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about hands-on work? We’re looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team and play a key role in our production processes. In this position, you’ll assemble components, ensure quality standards, and support various stages of manufacturing. Working closely with engineers, quality assurance, and other team members, you’ll help us maintain and improve our assembly workflows.
We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses.
From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales – we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This gives you exciting insights into many parts of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are “born global” and work with customers and partners all over the world.

Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hands-on involvement in production processes, including material preparation, device assembly, and warehouse management
- Support in preparation and post-production tasks, such as unpacking, cleaning, pre-assembly, and packaging
- Use hand and power tools to assemble products and components
- Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards
- Document and report discrepancies in the assembly process
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
- Completed technical apprenticeship, ongoing or recently completed HTL (technical high school), or relevant studies
- Solid technical understanding and careful handling of small components and electronics
- Flexibility to support a wide range of tasks in production
- Familiarity with assembly processes, tools, and techniques
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in German and/or English
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Closing
We offer a minimum gross salary of €2.900,-/month – more may be possible depending on experience.
