BUSINESS CONTROLLER (F/M/D) - FASHION RETAIL

In this role, you combine data, strategy, and real store insights to help drive and develop our performance in Austria.

YOUR MISSION

• Responsibility for controlling activities for our brands in Austria and active support of operational business
• Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of the monthly P&L, including reporting on Sales, Worked Hours, Productivity, Investments, Customer Experience, and other relevant KPIs
• Conducting benchmark and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and optimisation potential at an early stage
• Contribution to forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic planning in close collaboration with relevant departments
• Further development, optimisation, and digitalisation of controlling processes to strengthen decision-making for management
• Close alignment and communication with Finance, HR, Commercial teams, Country Management, and the Head Office in Spain

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling
• Several years of experience in Business Controlling, ideally in an international retail or trading environment
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a keen sense for numbers
• Fluent English (working language); German skills are an advantage
• Excellent Excel skills (including macro programming) and high numerical affinity
• Fast comprehension, structured working style, and ability to understand complex contexts
• Proactive, precise, and solution-oriented mindset to actively drive business performance

• Annual gross salary starting at EUR 49.000 (full-time) - willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications
