What you can expect
- Development and implementation of strategies for outbound lead generation
- Researching, identifying and actively approaching new potential customers
- Dealing with automation, CRM and AI
- Building relationships with decision-makers in our target groups
- Product presentations online and on site
- Close cooperation with the marketing team
- Initial contact for incoming enquiries from interested parties
- Continuous achievement of set targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Participation in trade fairs/events
What you bring with you
- You are enthusiastic about customer contact and software technology
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- You already have experience in the B2B and software sector
- You manage to inspire trust and enthusiasm for our product
- Good communication skills and a high level of personal responsibility
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- You already have experience with automation and AI
- High stress resistance and willingness to learn
- Expertise in human resources and labour law
