Where this vacancy is available

Seven North is a restaurant located in Vienna's vibrant 7th District who's designed by the celebrated chef Eyal Shani. Pulling inspiration from mainly Mediterranean, French, German and Italian cuisines, our chefs create pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared. As Eyal Shani says: "feel free and feel the love" in our spontaneous, passionate restaurant. We strive to offer our guests the best experience possible and we love to demonstrate our passion for the culinary world through our food, service and hospitality.

What you'll be doing with us:

• Preparation and monitoring of daily freshly produced menus and à la carte dishes
• To ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
• Monitor incoming goods - such as supplies, ingredients and pre-fabricated foods
• Ensure all HACCP guidelines are being followed and practiced
• Instruction and training team members
• To deputize in the sous chef's absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so

• Applicants must have a valid permit to work in Austria at the time of application
• At least 1 year experience in the kitchen

• Experience as Demi Chef / cook
• Dedication, commitment, discipline and a positive attitude
• Team spirit
• Flexible
• The ability to speak English
• Happy to learn

Gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective agreement : EUR 2263,00
