Your role with us: As a Consultant, you’ll be involved in exciting projects from day one, working directly with experienced industry professionals on strategic initiatives and the continued development of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partial project management
• Involvement in studies, renovation projects & operator search processes
• Asset management for hotel properties
• Independent handling of internal projects
• Acquisition activities in coordination with senior management

What you bring to the table:

• Completed degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in investment management, hotel development, or hotel management
• Independent, mobile, and cross-location working style
• Excellent German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Salesforce
• Open-minded, structured & proactive personality

In addition to an inspiring work environment and the unique mrp hotels spirit, you can expect an attractive compensation package: For this role, a gross monthly salary of EUR 4,100 is foreseen based on full-time employment (40 hours/week), according to pay group IV of the Austrian collective agreement for employees in Information and Consulting. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and qualifications – and we look forward to discussing this with you personally. You also have the opportunity to earn up to 10% of your annual salary as a performance-based bonus.
