Job description

• Support project planning and scheduling activities across internal teams
• Maintain and organize project documentation using established systems; improve such systems on the go following lessons-learned (at organizational and project level)
• Assist in monitoring project progress and updating internal tracking tools
• Help optimize workflows, internal processes, templates, etc.; align with an existing integrated management systems and requirements of such
• Coordinate with project stakeholders in alignment with program and project management so to ensure timely information exchange
• Participate in meetings and prepare structured summaries and action logs
• Support knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

• Degree in management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; additional PM certification is a plus
• Initial experience or internship in project coordination or administrative support
• Familiarity with document management systems, digital workflows and low-coding
• Very structured and organized working ethics; strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
• Willingness to grow into broader project management responsibilities
