    Wir suchen einenOmnichannel Specialist (m/w/d), der die operative Umsetzung der GSK Omnichannelstrategie in Österreich vorantreibt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie technischer Experte und operativer Partner für unsere Brand-Teams mit einem starken Sinn für Operational Excellence. Sie sind Sparring-Partner für unsere Brand Leads und stellen sicher, dass unsere Marketing Aktivitäten zielgerichtet, kundenorientiert und personalisiert umgesetzt werden.

    Ihre Hauptaufgaben

    Operative Umsetzung (90%)

    • Aufbau, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Omnichannel- und Digitalmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Brand-Teams und internen Agenturen.
    • Technische Expertenfunktion für
      • E-Mail Builder & Marketing Automation
      • Analytics-Tools (z. B. Adobe Analytics, Power BI)
      • UTM-Parameter-Setting & Tracking
      • Web-Content-Erstellung und CMS
    • Sparring-Partner der Brand Manager zur gemeinsamen Content-Optimierung und Personalisierung mit dem Ziel der Weiterentwicklung von Marketingaktivitäten zu stimmigen User Journeys
    • Eigenständige Erstellung und Pflege von User Journeys, sowohl in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Agenturen als auch selbstständig im Backend.
    • Monitoring von digitalen Trends (intern & extern) und Ableitung neuer Potenziale zur Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Customer Experience.
    • Tracking & Performance-Analyse von Kampagnen, Content und Journeys sowie Ableitung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen für die Brand-Teams

    Mitwirkung an der Digitalstrategie (10%)

    • Fachlicher Input und Unterstützung bei der strategischen Marketingplanung im Sinne eines konsistenten Omnichannel-Ansatzes.

    Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in Wirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften, Medizin oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
    • Hohe IT- und Digitalaffinität, u. a.:
      • Sicherer Umgang mit Standardtools wie Microsoft Forms, Excel, bitly etc.
      • Erfahrung mit E-Mail Buildern und CMS-Systemen
      • Grundkenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud
      • Erfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing von Vorteil
      • Kenntnisse in Marketing Automation und CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
      • Grundkenntnisse in HTML wünschenswert
    • Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen in funktionale Business-Anwendungen zu übersetzen und als Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing und IT/Digital zu agieren.
    • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
    • Erfahrung im Corporate-Umfeld sowie Resilienz gegenüber globalen Prozessen und Vorgaben von Vorteil.
    • Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Fokus auf Operational Excellence.
    • Erfahrung in der Übersetzung strategischer Ziele in operative Maßnahmen
    • Erfahrung im Marketing von komplexen Pharma- oder B2B Produkten von Vorteil

    Vergütung

    Marktkonformes Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 62.000, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
