We're looking for a Creative Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to cut for attention. You bring a versatile skill set from high-energy edits and snappy transitions to clever motion graphics and audio syncing — creating scroll-stopping videos that excite and engage across platforms.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Whether it’s a 15-second teaser or a full campaign cutdown, you’ll shape dynamic narratives that reflect both brand identity and cultural momentum.
• You move fast, think creatively, and never miss a beat.
• Deliver High-Paced Social Edits: Craft short-form, high-impact video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.
• Adapt Across Styles: Switch between formats and tones — from sleek luxury edits to raw, high-energy performance cuts — with creative agility.
• Integrate Motion Graphics: Enhance storytelling with kinetic text, branding elements, and motion design using After Effects or similar tools.
• Sync Sound for Impact: Use music, SFX, and rhythm to elevate mood and pacing, ensuring each edit hits hard and holds attention.
• Collaborate in Real-Time: Work with creative leads, strategists, and content producers to quickly turn around edits that align with evolving briefs.
• Master Multi-Platform Output: Optimize formats, aspect ratios, and runtimes for each platform while maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence.
• Push Visual Boundaries: Stay on top of editing trends, transitions, and techniques to keep LOOP’s content fresh, bold, and ahead of the curve.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
