We’re looking for a Creator Growth & Content Lead who can bring our brand to life through standout content, creative storytelling, and community engagement.

Tasks

Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Creator Growth & Content Lead to help us grow our community, amplify our story, and connect with the next 1,000 creators joining Talentir.

This isn’t a corporate “social media manager” job, this is a chance to be the voice of Talentir, experiment with growth loops, and bring our brand to life across content, community, and campaigns.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth and founders to build Talentir’s presence across YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and beyond, while also getting hands-on with outreach, communication, and growth experiments.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow Talentir’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit creator communities.
  • Plan, produce, and publish high-quality short-form videos, posts, graphics, and threads that spark engagement.
  • Spot and leverage trends early, turning them into relevant, high-performing content.
  • Build and engage communities by starting conversations, replying to comments, and creating shareable moments.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and impactful posting.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth on case studies, landing pages, media assets, and storytelling projects.
  • Run small growth experiments (funnels, email campaigns, referral loops) and double down on what works.
  • Support sales communication with creator outreach, follow-ups, and basic pipeline updates.
  • Maintain and update the company website and send out newsletters with key updates.
  • Track and analyze performance, share insights, and continuously optimize for growth.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years in social media, community management or growth marketing with measurable results
  • Familiar with Reddit, YouTube and TikTok creator communities and speak the language of creators
  • Confident using Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools to create videos and graphics
  • Able to spot trends early and turn them into engaging content
  • Strong copywriter who can make people stop scrolling
  • Organized and consistent with posting schedules
  • Comfortable tracking results and improving what works
  • Proactive and hands-on, you make things happen
  • Excellent English, other languages are a plus
  • Passionate about the creator economy and digital innovation
