Data Analyst (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for a motivated team member with a strong affinity for data, to join our RMG Data Insights Team at Greentube. The Data Analyst is responsible for executing A/B experiments, determining appropriate follow-up campaigns, and generating data-driven insights to further improve product performance.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering conversion rate optimization services, primarily through A/B or multivariate experiments for our online casinos, whilst working closely with our A/B Testing Product Manager to define, coordinate, and monitor experiment campaigns for key stakeholders. Together with a Product Analyst, you will identify potential growth opportunities and share your findings with other teams and stakeholders.

• Assess the conversion funnel, understanding drop-offs and optimizing user journeys from first interaction through to active engagement
• Support growth goals by providing data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition and early retention
• Analyze user behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Oversee or execute conversion rate optimization activities providing guidance and feedback to the team members
• Create dashboards to further deepen your analysis
• Create and deliver A/B multivariate experiments to further grow our digital products
• Support the AB Testing Product Manager to measurably improve pages and experiences for our online casinos
• Prioritize work and assign tasks to a cross-functional team of developers and QA testers, in alignment with the company's vision and strategy
• Collaborate with design, technical and business roles to understand business needs and translate them into A/B or multivariate experiments
• Work in close collaboration with the development teams and an external agency to help shape the product roadmap
• Facilitate and participate in cross-functional meetings, workshops and trainings to promote a data-driven experimentation process
• Present results and actively drive follow-up recommendations of A/B experiments to stakeholders

• Professional proficiency in English
• Completed education in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration or similar
• 1+ year work experience in a similar position in a digital / e-commerce environment (Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry is a plus)
• Expert knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing and tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Maxymiser, or equivalent
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar products and advanced statistics knowledge
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS enough to be aware of design constraints
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights effectively
