The motto of FOQUS is: From person to person. For us, this motto is not just a phrase, but we fill it with people who care about other people with heart and commitment.
They do this in our three care facilities, the Vienna Medical Center in the 10th district, the Kaisermühlen residential and care home in the 22nd district and the Stadt Haag senior citizens' center in the Mostviertel.
About 220 people live in our two houses in the care areas and many other sprightly seniors in the independent living area.

The heart of our work is togetherness. For us, the warm and professional interaction with our residents is important, but also the familiar working style with our employees and the interdisciplinary cooperation between the professional groups. Your tasks
As a DGKP you work in a multi-professional team and are in close contact with doctors, psychologists and other professional groups and work together with nursing (specialist) assistants. We take great care to ensure that each professional group can use its special skills. DGKP are intensively involved in the organizational processes, doctor's visits and care planning and support the care area managers.
You work in your affinity group and thus have a close relationship with the assigned residents.

Your profile
* Proof of training or corresponding proof of nostrification (training according to §34 possible)
* Good knowledge of care process and care planning
* Willingness to work in nursing and coordination
* Resource-oriented work, flexibility and resilience
* Experience with IT documentation is an advantage
* Knowledge of German (B2 level)
* Entry in the health professions register
