Your mission

Join our team as an Events & PR Specialist and help bring Bitpanda’s story to life. From impactful events to meaningful media moments, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people experience our brand, both inside and outside the company.

You’ll work across PR, events, and internal communications, collaborating with teams across Bitpanda to create experiences and stories that connect, inspire, and engage.

You’ll be part of our Commercial Operations department - a creative, fast-paced team spanning Communications, CRM, Brand, and Product Marketing - all working together to build Bitpanda’s voice and reputation.

What you’ll do

• Support and execute communications initiatives that enhance Bitpanda’s brand presence and internal engagement.
• Help plan and deliver internal and external events, from town halls and QBRs to conferences and talks.
• Assist in managing media relations at our Vienna headquarters and other German speaking hubs, including interviews, press inquiries, and journalist outreach.
• Contribute to PR storytelling and media monitoring, helping track coverage and identify new opportunities to share our message.

Who you are

• 3 to 5 years of experience within communications, events and content functions
• Based in Vienna or Berlin
• Native German language skill and, strong English in both verbal and written form
• Result-oriented team-player with a strong feeling for language and storytelling
