Making Future Reality together - are you in?

• Develop firmware for the next generation of our industry-leading glasses and eye tracking platform.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanics, and research teams on cross-functional international projects.
• Contribute to specification, design, and implementation, test and continuous improvement for the products.
• Be part of the embedded software architecture, definition.
• Ensure product quality through code reviews and testing.
• Use state-of-the-art CI/CD tools and methods, such as GitLab and Docker
• Drive projects forward independently

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

• 5+ years of firmware development for microcontrollers.
• Experience on all the stages of development and maintenance.
• Solid foundation of electronics, and knowhow of lab tools (oscilloscope, digital signal analyser)
• Proficient in communication interfaces (SPI, UART, I²C, USB, MIPI).
• Deep understanding of microcontroller architectures (preferably ARM)
• Good written and spoken English
• Basic understanding of machine learning.
• Experience with real-time or time-constrained systems.
• Linux and Python experience.
• Background in software testing and quality.

Nice-to-Haves (that's how you gain extra points):

• Rust development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Machine-learning on microcontrollers.
• ISTQB certification.
• FPGA experience.
• Knowledge of image acquisition and processing.
• Firmware programming experience in highly regulated industries. (aerospace, medical devices, automative)
• Firmware architecture design
• Experience with bootloaders and OTA updates.
• Previous projects with Wireless communications for microcontrollers (IoT).
• Personal engineering projects, passion for this field.
