Group Senior Engineer (m/f/d) - IT Endpoint Management

The position will be filled in either Vienna (Austria), Lachen (Switzerland), Stockholm (Sweden) or Lingolsheim (France).

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Design and devolpment of endpoint-related solutions and device of management platforms
• Review and oversee the teams demand, intake from the business through project softwares and ticketing systems
• Participate in the design and development of features and systems, from initial architecture through implementation and post-deployment support
• Collaborate with other platform teams to ensure successful deployment of deliverables needed
• Troubleshoot and Provide Tier 3 support to resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint systems and infrastructure
  

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Technical Certifcation courses in IT
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in providing IT technical support or administering IT systems
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and On Prem Endpoint systems
• Knowledge of mobile devices, desktop systems, IoT devices and other connected assets
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Strong prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
