• Cross-departmental leadership and coordination of projects – from innovative product developments to process optimizations and industrialization initiatives in production.

• Creating and implementing strategic project plans with clear structure and timelines that ensure efficient resource allocation, realistic budgeting, and include robust risk and exit strategies.

• Continuous monitoring of project progress through proactive time management and agile decision-making.

• Evaluating, reporting, and presenting project results to stakeholders and senior management with clear impact.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or scientific training/degree.

• Extensive experience in project management within the medical technology sector, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact projects.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic decision-making, change management, and inspiring cross-functional teams and leading without authority.

• Visionary and solution-oriented mindset with resilience and excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.

• Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).

• Advanced experience with project management methodologies, tools, and ERP systems.
