Identity and Accessmanagement (IAM) service architect (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Analyze, conceptualize, and continuously improve IAM standards, processes, and internal policies
• Design & implement IAM solutions, to further drive automation and standardization across the organization
• Collaborate with IT Infrastrucutre, Security, Application, and Business teams to align IAM initiatives with enterprise goals
• Evolve and enhance our current IAM environment to meet current and future business and security needs
• Support the integration of IAM with hybrid infrastructures (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID)

Your Profile

• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and application architecture
• Solid understanding of IAM processes and technologies (e.g. identity lifecycle, AD, Entra ID)
• Hands-on experience with Identity Providers, Access Management, or similar solutions
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and regions
• Good understanding of security, compliance, and IAM governance principles
• Team player feeling confident in a cross-functional and international environment
