To be part of our Global Team, we are looking for an Insurance Specialist with Regional Responsibilities on a full-time basis at our location in Vienna (AUT).

YOUR PROFILE

• 5 plus years of professional experience in the insurance industry (e.g. as an insurer, insurance broker, risk manager or internal company insurance department)
• Expertise with international commercial lines of insurance preferably in relation to manufacturing, project work, construction or related industries
• Willingness to travel
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and German
• Independent and precise working style with problem-solving skills
• Team spirit, communication skills and commitment
• Global focused

YOUR TASKS

• Develop a deep understanding in order to negotiate and facilitate global insurance programs, ensuring alignment with local standards and ANDRITZ- specific global requirements
• Management of the local insurance representative and collaboration with business and finance teams across the region
• Coordination with the global insurance broker and address regional insurance requests, including the development of insurance solutions for new projects which cannot be insured under the global programs
• Handling of large losses and claims under our global lines of insurance
• Provide training to local colleagues, management and teams while maintaining cultural sensitivity and effective communication
• Review and negotiate insurance clauses in sales contracts

OUR OFFER

We are legally obligated to specify the collective agreement minimum salary of gross € 4.689,25 per month for this position. However, we offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and professional experience in any case!
