Your Profile:
- Completed or ongoing studies in economics, finance, business administration, communications, or a technical field with economic affinity
- Excellent writing and editing skills, ideally with an interest in financial and corporate communication
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Very good MS Office skills
- Native in German and fluent in English (min. C1 level)
- High willingness to learn content management systems
- Affinity to ESG topics, sustainability reporting, and capital markets
- Structured, reliable, and able to work efficiently under time pressure
Your Responsibilities:
- Internship (40 hours/week), mid-February to end of March (peak season support)
- Support in the preparation of the Annual Report, including texts, wordings, presentations, and supporting materials
- Internal check of the Annual Report texts and related documents (German ↔ English)
- Reviewing, checking, and proofreading materials from external agencies and service providers
- Quality assurance of communication and IR documents with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Operational and administrative support of the Corporate Communications & Investor Relations team in daily business
For this position we offer a minimum salary (in correspondence to collective agreement) of EUR 1.956 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
