Your mission

As a Performance Marketing Intern at Bitpanda, you’ll support our performance marketing team in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns that drive user acquisition and performance across key regions, with a focus on web and app channels. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the tools, platforms, and strategies used in performance marketing, across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels. You’ll be working from our Vienna HQ as part of a collaborative and data-driven marketing team.

What you’ll do

• Assist the team in setting up and monitoring campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and Apple Search Ads.
• Support with daily and weekly campaign reporting, helping track performance metrics such as conversions, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct basic keyword research, competitor checks, and audience profiling to contribute to campaign planning.
• Help maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and budget sheets to support internal operations.
• Contribute to ad copy brainstorming, A/B testing ideas, and campaign reviews alongside experienced team members.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, economics, digital media, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about learning digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Analytical mindset - you enjoy working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and take initiative.
• Proficient in Excel, basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or analytics tools is a plus, but not required.
