Job Description

• Creation and implementation of high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele

• On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™

• Ensuring our quality and service standards

• Collaboration with operations and service teams

• Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts
  
  Off-season / Race Break:

• Role as a Pastry Chef in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna

Qualifications

• High level of creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation

• Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a pastry chef

• Experience in fine dining , upscale catering , or event gastronomy

• Valid work permit for Austria

• Structured working style and strong leadership skills

• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

• Excellent English skills ; additional languages are an advantage

• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently

Additional Information

• We offer a gross monthly salary of €4,000 , plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
