Job Description

Du bist aktiv in der Neukundengewinnung im Bereich Professional Print. Du triffst dich mit deinen Ansprechpartner:innen auf Augenhöhe, verstehst ihre Prozesse und erarbeitest passgenaue Lösungskonzepte. Dein Aufgabengebiet erstreckt sich von der Recherche, Kundenerstkontakt über die Bedarfsevaluierung, Pricing, Konzepterstellung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und der Nachbetreuung.

Responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben:

• Aktive Identifikation und Akquise von Neukunden im Bereich Professional Print (z. B. Akzidenzdruck, Großformatdruck, industrielle Druckanwendungen)
• Präsentation und Positionierung von Professional-Print-Systemen (z. B. Digitaldruck, Großformat, Produktionsdruck inkl. Software & Services)
• Zusammenarbeit mit Presales, Service und Key Account Management zur erfolgreichen Implementierung

Qualifications

Dein Profil:

• Erfahrung in Neukundenakquise ("Hunter-Mentalität"), idealerweise im Professional-Print-Umfeld
• Fundiertes Verständnis für Drucktechnologien, Anwendungen und Workflows
• Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Hohe Abschluss- und Durchsetzungsstärke
• Ausgeprägte Resilienz und Freude an der aktiven Marktbearbeitung
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse

Wir bieten ein marktkonformes Jahresbruttozielgehalt, inklusive variabler Komponente bei Zielerreichung, von mindestens € 70.000,- je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung. Im Fokus stehen dabei Kompetenz, Leistung und Engagement. Eine Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist möglich.
