The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Leisure Sales Expert

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Leisure Sales Expert to lead and grow the luxury leisure segment. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with travel advisors, consortia partners, and high-end clients to drive revenue through leisure bookings. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of luxury travel trends and exceptional client service that aligns with The Ritz-Carlton brand promise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow leisure sales through travel agencies, consortia, and luxury partners.
• Build strong relationships with top-producing leisure clients and travel advisors.
• Develop and execute leisure sales strategies and promotions in collaboration with Marketing.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and client events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Your Qualifications:

• Previous leisure sales experience in luxury hospitality or travel trade
• Strong knowledge of the luxury leisure market and global travel industry
• Fluency in English and German (every other language advantageous)
• Valid work permit for Austria
• Willingness to travel for client engagement and industry events
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Sincere care for our clients and their requests
• A friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
• Proficiency in Sales systems (e.g. Opera)
