Full-time ViennaIn this role, you will take on a pivotal position in production and demand planning within the global pharmaceutical supply chain.
You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, oversee production schedules, and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes. Ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and securing high service performance will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Your role will also involve analyzing forecasts, aligning with international manufacturing sites, and proactively resolving operational challenges. Through your strategic input, you will help drive innovation and operational excellence across the supply chain.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Ownership of demand and production planning based on a standardized S&OP process
- Inventory management with a focus on supply continuity and operational efficiency
- Planning and execution of new product launches in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Standardization and continuous improvement of planning processes
- Close cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, especially Supplier Relations Management , Quality Assurance, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales
- Active and close alignment with suppliers to ensure operational excellence and establish a healthy, trust-based supplier relationship
- Promotion of clear, solution-oriented communication and a growth mindset within the team
- Application of solid supply chain knowledge , especially in regulated environments
Your Qualifications and Experience
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Several years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Strong knowledge of S&OP and production planning within an ERP System (Dynamic 365)
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and structured working style
- High sense of responsibility for the availability of critical products
- Key contributor to the team’s reorganization and future direction
- Business fluent in English and German

- Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 75 .000. - based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
