We are looking for a motivated and proactive Marketing Intern (f/m/d) to join our Retail Business Unit.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment and to work closely with Product Managers, the Omnichannel Manager, and cross-functional teams.

Please note, that this position is limited until December 31, 2026.

• Collaborating on various administrative tasks across the BU RX team

• Overseeing and updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy

• Supporting the management of digital tools used for marketing and sales activities

• Monitoring p urchase orders and related processes

• Managing compliance tools (contract management, approval process)

• Contributing to telemarketing projects and follow-ups (e.g. Opt-in extensions with HCPs)

• Providing support to Product Managers and the Omnichannel Manager on daily activities and projects

• Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of events

• Acting as a contact point for field force (Sales) requests

• Involved in creating, adapting and coordinating in organization of marketing materials

• Conducting analyses and evaluations of sales campaigns and activities

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Ongoing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

• Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM/digital tool experience is a plus

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)

• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 34.673,10/year (on a full-time basis).
