British American Tobacco Austria has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in Vienna

Responsible for excellent execution of assigned projects and implementation of campaign materials in retail, media, and events. Contributes to the development of the consumer engagement strategy in the retail environment and offline media.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supports Campaign planning team in execution of Annual Austrian multi-category Cycle Plan.
• Develops marketing and POS materials for retail communication touchpoints according to agreed plan and timing.

• Executes implementation of out of store (OOH and Print) campaigns according to agreed plan and timing on assigned category or channel.

• Collaborates with external suppliers and agencies to brief them and follow up POS and media materials production.

• Collaborates with trade, field and category teams to ensure flawless execution of assigned projects.

• Support in planning and execution of events and track the results and KPIs.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Marketing.
• Fluent in English and German
• Structured and organized with excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• A great team player who possesses can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset .
• Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
• A fast learner with established growth mindset.
• Experience in event planning and execution is considered as a plus
