In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernimmst du die eigenständige Koordination, Erstellung und laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden-Montageanleitungen. Dabei fungierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson und Schnittstelle für interne Stakeholder. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt im Monitoring sowie in der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der zugehörigen Prozesse und Schnittstellen – stets mit dem Ziel, Qualität, Effizienz und Wirksamkeit nachhaltig zu steigern.

Dein Job

• Selbstständige Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Kunden-Montageanleitungen

• Erstellung von technischen Illustrationen basierend auf 3D-Modellen

• Erarbeitung, Erstellung und Wartung von Software-Setup -und Funktionsbeschreibungen

• Eigenverantwortliche Projektplanung, Terminverfolgung und Koordination

• Einforderung, Prüfung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Anforderungsdokumenten gemäß definierter Prozesse

• Ganzheitliche Prozessverantwortung im eigenen Aufgabenbereich, einschließlich Kennzahlenmanagement, Risikoanalyse und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Fachbereichen wie Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Qualitätsmanagement, Vertrieb und Smart Services.

Deine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, o. Ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen oder vergleichbaren Position

• Breites, bereichsübergreifendes technisches Verständnis und Interesse

• Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Anwendungen (z. B. Solid Edge) sowie mit Visualisierungsprogrammen (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator)

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit hoher Qualitätsorientierung und Eigeninitiative

• Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

Die Einstufung dieser Position lässt ein Entgelt ab € 3.200,00 brutto/Monat zu. We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our Global Key Account Management team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support order processing and assist throughout the entire process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Your job:

• Quotation and order processing for our luminaires and lighting solutions

• Contact person for our customers in terms of order handling and processing complaints

• Sourcing and overseeing local quotations from distributors

• Close cooperation with key departments such as production, procurement, and operations

• General administrative tasks to ensure high-quality customer support

Qualifications and skills:

• Relevant educational background in a technical or business-related field

• Proven experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service, Sales Support, or Operations Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German and French are a plus

• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX)

• Strong customer-focused mindset and service orientation

• Proactive, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
