If you have 3+ years of native iOS development experience and enjoy building high-reliability software that truly matters, this role offers meaningful impact and autonomy in a focused team environment.
Our app is used by thousands of recipients during real-time alerting situations—from critical infrastructure operators and emergency coordinators to on-call teams in hospitals and manufacturing plants. Your work will directly support fast, secure, and reliable communication in moments when every second counts.
Tasks

- Debug and resolve performance, stability, and usability issues
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with Xcode Cloud.
- Ensure top-tier reliability, security, and adherence to iOS best practices
- Stay on top of the latest iOS tools, SDKs, and security standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on iOS development experience
- Track record of shipping and maintaining apps in the Apple App Store
- Solid grasp of mobile security and app hardening techniques
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and automated delivery pipelines
- Deep knowledge of Swift (SwiftUI, SwiftConcurrency and SPM), Xcode, and iOS SDKs
- A proactive mindset, able to work independently and take full ownership
Benefits
- Part-time position (~20–30 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
- Competitive compensation and performance incentives
- Modern equipment of your choice (macOS, Linux, or Windows)
- Collaborative, on-site working environment with a skilled international team
- Opportunity to build software with real-world impact in emergency communication
Closing
You'll help build and maintain a mobile app used in critical real-world situations such as:
- Notifying and coordinating emergency response teams
- Mobilizing crisis teams in hospitals and enterprises
- Escalating outages and security incidents in real time
From stability to speed, your contributions will ensure that critical messages reach the right people—fast, securely, and reliably.
