Als People & Culture Trainee im Bereich HR-Softwarte

übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Implementierung der neuen HR-Software "Workday" und wirken aktiv an der digitalen Transformation des Personalbereichs mit. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Projektverantwortung in enger Abstimmung mit der People and Culture Director für die Implementierung der HR-Software Workday , einschließlich Systemtests, Datenmigration, Benutzerverwaltung sowie Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam, IT und externen Dienstleistern , um eine reibungslose Einführung der Software sicherzustellen
• Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen im Rahmen der Systemeinführung , inkl. Erhebung und Analyse bestehender Abläufe sowie Definition neuer digitaler Workflows
• Unterstützung beim Change Management , insbesondere durch Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden, Organisation von Schulungen sowie Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Leitfäden zur Nutzung von Workday
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten im neuen System , sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität während und nach der Einführung
• Koordination von Mitarbeitendenschulungen und internen Trainingsmaßnahmen zur Förderung der Systemakzeptanz und Kompetenzentwicklung

The Mandarin Oriental, Vienna will be housed in a listed heritage building and will feature 138 guestrooms and suites arranged around a central courtyard. People & Culture Trainee – Focus on HR Software Implementation

As a People & Culture Trainee, you will play a central role in the implementation of the new HR software "Workday” and contribute significantly to the digital transformation of our People & Culture department. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Project responsibility, in close collaboration with the Director of People & Culture, for the implementation of the HR software Workday, including system testing, data migration, user management, and process documentation

• Close cooperation with the project team, IT, and external partners to ensure a smooth software rollout

• Participation in the design and optimization of HR processes during the system rollout, including assessment and analysis of current workflows and development of new digital processes

• Support in change management efforts, particularly in communication with employees, coordination of training sessions, and creation of user guides and training materials for Workday

• Maintenance and administration of employee data within the new system, ensuring data accuracy during and after the implementation

• Coordination of internal training programs to increase system adoption and develop internal expertise

• First point of contact for employee questions related to the new HR software
