President Sales, Marketing and Service (f/m/d)

• Strategic development of the company, focussing on sales, marketing and service.
• Familiarisation phase in field sales with technical advice for our customers.
• Configuration of technical solutions for our customers in consultation with our specialist departments.
• Guideway of a small team of sales and service employees.
• Representing our company at conferences and industry trade fairs.
• According to your successful familiarisation, you will take over the commercial and trade law presidency.

• Successful completion of a degree (Master's, Bachelor's or equivalent) in the fields of mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, I&C or related disciplines or many years of experience in a comparable position.
• Experience in selling technically sophisticated products in the capital goods industry is a benefit, but not a requirement.
• Negotiating skills, persuasiveness and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Knowledge of the English language is a benefit.
• Willingness to travel in Austria and according to Germany (head office).
