The Regional Marketing Execution Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies designed to strengthen the voestalpine brand and expand market share across the region. You will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing Execution (m/f/d) and be responsible for identifying and realizing synergy potential within our group of companies across Europe and India.
Implement Regional Marketing Strategies
- Consolidate global and local marketing plans tailored to regional needs
- Align all activities with corporate objectives and brand positioning
- Localize and adapt content for specific markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Act as a trusted partner for sales leadership to ensure strategic alignment
Mentor & Support Local Teams
- Lead and guide country-based marketers (m/f/d) to achieve objectives
- Provide training on marketing tools and event preparation
- Monitor and improve team performance across the region
Manage Marketing Projects & Campaigns
- Collaborate with content teams for consistent brand messaging
- Localize and deploy product and brand content
- Coordinate creation of B2B-focused materials (whitepapers, case studies, social media, blogs, email campaigns)
- Work with brand holders, technical teams, and product managers (m/f/d) to gather resources
Analysis & Evaluation
- Track regional/local KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Share results and conduct marketing business reviews with sales teams
Qualifications Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing (industry, technology, or similar)
- Proven leadership experience in international, virtual teams
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
- Multilingual with excellent communication skills

Salary package and benefits: The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is € 5.176,38 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
