A modern specialist hospital with a focus on gastroenterology, urology, oncology, and psychosomatics is seeking a dedicated Head of Operating Theatre Nursing. Each year, several thousand inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures are performed in multiple state-of-the-art operating theatres. Your Responsibilities:

• Professional and organizational leadership of the operating theatre nursing team
• Workforce planning, staff development, and recruitment
• Shaping and optimizing team processes and organizational structures
• Ensuring, further developing, and evaluating nursing quality as well as implementing strategic objectives
• Application and advancement of modern nursing concepts
• Active involvement in innovative projects

Your Profile & Requirements:

• Valid registration as a qualified nurse in the national health register
• Several years of professional experience in the operating theatre and completed specialist training
• Previous leadership experience (e.g., deputy head nurse, ward coordinator)
• Master’s degree in Nursing Management or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Strong interest in team leadership and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Analytical and organizational skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
• German language proficiency at minimum level B2 (CEFR) is mandatory
• EU-equivalent recognition of nursing qualification (or readiness to obtain it) is highly desirable
