Your future role

• Responsible for release management (e.g. coordination of rollouts and developments) with 3 to 4 releases per year
• Coordinating transitions between development and rollout to ensure smooth delivery of new features and improvements
• Ensuring a stable development environment and establishing processes to guarantee high quality and minimal disruptions
• Working closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to align release planning with business roadmaps
• Managing dependencies between releases, development cycles, and business requirements efficiently
• Optimizing and maintaining integrated release and deployment processes, using standardized methods and best practices

Desired qualifications

• Higher (university) education - e.g. business informatics, computer science, business administration
• At least 2 years experience in release management, ideally in a SAP or software development environment
• Experience in coordinating development and rollout processes
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders (development, business, IT operations)
• Very good English skills. German skills are a plus, but not a must-have (as long as you are motivated to improve them).
