We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our team in the following position: Event Sales Coordinator (all genders)!

We entrust you with:

• Various administrative tasks such as keeping statistics, creating monthly reports, maintaining programs and platforms
• Supporting the entire sales and event team in administrative and operational activities
• Conducting house tours and supporting events on site
• You are jointly responsible for selling our event rooms and room contingents to customers and business partners
• Quotation preparation and system maintenance

What we are looking for:

• Completed training in the hotel industry, ideally already professional experience in Event & Sales in the luxury hotel industry
• Positive charisma, confident appearance, empathy and a good feeling for our demanding guests
• Communicative personality and a high degree of initiative for independent work in a dynamic team
• Good computer skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and English

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,263.00 according to the collective agreement.

The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
