We have an opportunity to join our global sales team at an exciting time, as we embark on the next phase of our growth journey. You will play a key role in developing the future as we continue to grow our high-pressure water mist brand under Siemens ownership.
Within this strategic role, you will be responsible for creating technology demand and developing business. You will also work with our partner network, to grow their business’ and support them with local strategies. By leveraging Siemens' vast in-country resources and infrastructure, we are well positioned to provide unmatched technical expertise to the industry.
The global sales team will be supported by a central team of experts who carryout design, hydraulic calculations and technical descriptions to ensure we support the growing needs of consulting engineers, fire engineers and partners. You will be capable of working both alone and as part of a global team, with opportunities for development for an ambitious and capable candidate.
As well as the global water mist team, you will have a strong local Siemens business unit to collaborate with and align on synergies to grow opportunities.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Grow and maintain a pipeline of projects with our partner network.
- Use our CRM system to manage the pipeline within the country and create quotations together with the central team.
- Regularly report sales figures for both revenue and order intake for your region.
- Identify and attend exhibitions and seminars to grow our presence and create demand.
- Work with consultants, fire engineers and architects to provide support during early design stages and influence the technology decision.
- Keep well informed of the global and local water mist standards for land based water mist systems.
- Travel is expected as part of this role, mainly within the CEE region but also with occasional international travel.
- The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- Experience in sales within the fire protection industry, specifically with water mist.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, you must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy of work.
- You will be comfortable and experienced with Microsoft Office programs.
- Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.
