• End-to-end technical ownership of the SAP landscape, covering system architecture, performance, scalability, interfaces, and integrations.
• Leadership & development: Drive the ECC to S/4HANA migration, provide ABAP development leadership, and ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to development standards.
• Project & change management: Act as technical lead for SAP-related projects, upgrades, and changes in close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (or similar), 8+ years in SAP technical roles with at least 3 years as lead/architect, and proven expertise in ABAP development, SAP ECC architecture, and S/4HANA migration projects.
• Technical expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP transport management (CTS+), strong skills in interface technologies (ALE/IDoc, PI/PO, APIs), and hands-on experience in complex system landscapes.
• Soft skills & languages: Fluent in English and German, strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving, and effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
