What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate and coach your Scrum team through ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers so your team can deliver their best work
• Champion collaboration, trust, and agile thinking in everything you do
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep everyone moving in the same direction
• Ensure transparency and steady communication within and beyond your team
• Track progress, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a knack for building trust
• Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent) certification is a big plus
• Organized, proactive, and always ready to help others stay focused
• A passion for agile values, teamwork, and delivering meaningful results
• Fluent in English; German is a bonus

We offer a minimum gross salary of €3.175,-/month on full time basis – more may be possible depending on experience.
