Required/Minimum Qualifications

• T echnical experience in D ata S ecurity and understanding of Microsoft Purview architectures and their implementations at enterprise-scale

• Understanding of the overall data security m arket and the competitive landscape Understanding of the current regulations and certifications (e.g. ISO27001, NIS-2) a nd current developments in the data security area

• Expertise in one or more of the following solutions or competitive products:

• Microsoft Purview Information Protection

• Microsoft Purview eDiscovery

• Microsoft Purview Data Losse prevention

• Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management

• Customer focused mindset enjoying the work with customers (internal or external) as a trusted technical advisor aiming for realizing the value for the customer.

• English skills required , German skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Tech Enthusiast . Demonstrate the end-to-end value of Microsoft’s Data Security offerings including architectural discussions and framework such as Zero Trust. Ensure that the solution exhibits "Secure by Design” or "Well-Architected” framework, such as high-performance levels, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability , and reliability upon deployment.

Customer Obsessed. Empower customers to be successful in their Microsoft Data Security adoption journey in complex environments by helping to define a data protection strategy, Architecture, and implementation of necessary controls aligned with Microsoft Data Security Services including Information Protection, eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Management . Thereby, understand challenges, trouble shoot technical issues and be a voice of the customer to share insights and best practices with Global Data Security teams at Microsoft to remove blockers and influence the roadmap.

Team Player . Collaborate and contribute to the Cloud Solution Architect Community in Germany and worldwide to learn, get help and share knowledge. Take over technical leadership and orchestrate technical experts and resources that may be required to deliver outcomes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive customer transformation on the Azure and Microsoft 365 Platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning the overall technical relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft.

You will own data security customer engagements, including architecture, technical readiness, implementation, and optimization in production based on the products of Microsoft Purview . Therefore, you will deliver pro-active support delivery services through the customer’s unified contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles driving data security initiatives and leading in-depth technical security discussions . The ideal candidate will be comfortable having data security discussions with customer decision makers such as CISOs, Enterprise Security Architects, Enterprise Architects, IT and Security Management, Data security and compliance officers to drive data s ecurity as an enabler for cloud workloads in Azure, Copilot and Microsoft 365.
