For our Corporate Sales Team in Austria we offer the following opportunity:

Senior Category Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

Full-time

Your key responsibilities include

  • Drive and actively shape one Nestlé Category in Austria as part of the local Sales
    leadership team, delivering business results and transforming the business for the future
  • Lead, develop and ensure implementation of customer strategies that are aligned with overall
    business strategies and that support the achievement of profitable sales objectives
  • Lead & develop the Sales team with reporting line to the Head of Sales
  • Build and develop sustainable customer relationships – driving forward mutually beneficial
    strategies e.g. joint business planning​ with Top customers
  • Drive growth and develop your own Top Key Accounts further
  • Collaborate internally with all stakeholders to ensure plans can be achieved
  • Drive key growth and investment priorities, ensure achievement of commercial plans with
    agreed KPI targets and budgets

What will make you succeed

  • 6+ years Sr KAM/KAM; FMCG retail experience preferred and experienced Key Accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinking & strong influencing skills​
  • Demonstrated leadership skills & line management​
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Self-motivated, results driven and ability to handle difficult situations well

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting from € 5.000 on a full-time basis,
as well as a performance-related bonus and a company car with private use.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a corresponding overpayment is possible.
