Junior Python Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Junior Python Engineer to join our Product Engineering Team and be part of our Connect Platform. Together we have built over 600 integrations and you'll contribute to building new connectors as well as improving existing integrations. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced Software Engineers and get your hands on high-quality code.
This is a full-time position where you can work from our Katowice location or remotely in Poland.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
In your first two months:
- You'll be assigned to a pod and work closely with other Engineers and pod owners.
- You'll absorb our engineering culture by working on your first task together with your mentor.
After two months:
- You'll take care of the data processing pipelines by working on the new features, extending the scope of the existing ones, and fixing bugs with the help of your mentor.
- You'll build relationships across the Engineering Teams and work closely with QA Engineers, Product Managers, Customer Support, Engineering Operations, etc.
- You'll have the opportunity to contribute to different tasks, from analysis, development to code review and testing.
- You will be involved in raising the overall quality of our product.

Python Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Python Engineer to join our Product Engineering Team and be part of our Connect Platform. You'll play a key role in constantly improving the quality of our product by maintaining a healthy level of test coverage and working closely with the QA team.
This is a full-time position where you can work from our office in Katowice or remotely in Europe.
Some of the things you’ll work on:

- Absorb our engineering culture, start coding your first connector, increase code coverage for existing connectors and ramp-up quickly within the Connect universe.
After two months:
- Take care of the data processing pipelines by working on new features, extending the scope of the existing ones, managing the 3rd party API changes and fixing bugs.
- Build relationships within and outside the Engineering team and collaborate with QA Engineers, Product Managers, Customer Support, Engineering Operations, etc.
- Take ownership of the tasks you work on - from analysis, development, code review and testing, to the deployment to our customers.
- Be responsible for raising the overall quality of our product.
We’re excited if you have:
- Fluency in frameworks/libraries such as Django, Celery, and SQLAlchemy as well as up-to-date with the Python ecosystem.
- Quality first approach: experience implementing best practices striving for high test coverage (unit & integration tests).
- Knowledge of most popular testing libraries and ability to use them through TDD and BDD approaches.
- Good knowledge of modern databases like PostgreSQL.

Senior Full Stack Engineer | React & Python | (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the technical approach, work breakdown, execution, and delivery of projects in one of our Platform teams. You have the knowledge to tackle overarching strategic topics, influence the architecture, focus on performance & security, and advocate for best engineering practices.
This is a full-time position, where you can work either remotely in Europe or from our offices in Vienna, Katowice or Sofia.
Some of the things you’ll do:
In the first month:
- Get to know your product development team and get familiar with our product, technologies, systems & architecture, processes and practices.
- Absorb our engineering culture, start coding and ramp-up quickly within the Adverity universe.
- Get to know the architecture and codebase inside-out.
In the first 6 months:
- Support your product development team with deep code reviews, guiding them towards better system quality and engineering practices.
- Participate in shaping new features by get your hands dirty in PoCs, breaking down technical scopes, and commence working on team deliveries.
Beyond the first 6 months:
- At this point, you know the Adverity platform very well, both product and tech.
- Participate in strategic cross-product engineering initiatives and help product development teams towards pragmatic technical decisions based on limited context, striving to constantly improve maintainability and reliability.
- You increase your impact beyond your product development team to the whole engineering team & beyond.
We’re excited if you have:
- Fluency in Python and (preferably) Django framework. During your career you’ve seen and managed things in production (large scale).
- Thorough knowledge and experience with front-end technologies, like Typescript and preferably React or Vue.js.
- Experience with building and maintaining REST APIs.
- Ability to perform deep code reviews. Beyond checking the correctness and cleanness of code, you’re able to connect the dots and focus on the bigger picture.

Staff Frontend Engineer (f/m/d)
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and developing our frontend applications. You’ll work closely with our Product Developers and Staff Engineers to drive technical decisions and ensure high-quality delivery. You’ll inspire confidence through your decisions, earn trust through your execution, and set a standard others are eager to follow.
This is a full-time position, where you can work either remotely in Europe or from our offices in Vienna, Katowice or Sofia.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
- Design and implement a clean frontend architecture with both strong performance requirements and complexity challenges.
- Work with useful programming tools such as extensive code reviews, pair programming, multiple layers of testing, continuous integration and deployments.
- Help build our design system to eliminate design pain points and streamline collaboration between design, UX, and engineering.
- Create documentation, usage guidelines, and proof of concepts.
- Advocate for quality and practicality with frontend development teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to designers, engineers, and product managers regarding the frontend domain.
- Understand the design needs of a large-scale software project.
We're excited if you have:
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, especially with React, React Query, and React Hook Form.
- Solid skills in frontend testing using Cypress, Vitest, and/or Playwright.
- A strong grasp of complex application state management, side effects, and action orchestration.
- Experience mentoring engineers and working closely with stakeholders through clear, proactive communication.
