You’ll think on a senior level, see like a creative, and obsess like a true YouTube native. Deeply enthusiastic about platforms and algorithms, you’ll iterate relentlessly, refine ideas until they’re razor-sharp, and translate trends, formats, and audience behavior into YouTube-first concepts that are visually bold, culturally fluent, and built to perform.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Own YouTube End-to-End: Lead the brands global YouTube strategy from platform logic and creative vision to execution, posting, and performance impact.
- Think Strategically at Senior Level: Shape clear, confident strategic narratives and refine decks relentlessly until ideas are sharp, focused, and undeniable.
- Design YouTube-First Concepts: Develop platform-native formats, episodic shows, and long-form ideas that drive reach, watch time, and repeat viewing.
- Stay Algorithm-Obsessed: Anticipate YouTube trends, audience behavior, and algorithm shifts, translating platform signals into timely creative direction before moments peak.
- Inject Trends into Brand Moments: Add smart, timely cultural and platform insights to product launches and brand rollouts without losing brands’ DNA.
- Think Visually First: Develop concepts with a strong visual instinct, balancing clarity, drama, and cultural relevance.
- Benchmark to Win: Constantly analyze top brands, creators, and competitors — then raise the bar beyond them.
At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
