We are seeking a Solution Advisor with a strong foundation in Supply Chain, specifically in one or more of the following areas: Logistics, Planning, or Business Network.
As a Solution Advisor for the MEE region, you will serve as a trusted subject matter expert across the SAP Supply Chain solution portfolio, including—but not limited to— SAP Warehouse Management , SAP Transportation Management , SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) , Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) , SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) , SAP Business Network for Procurement , and SAP Business Network for Commerce Automation .
In this role, you will
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to position SAP’s Supply Chain solutions effectively, tailored to customer challenges across logistics execution, planning, and business network collaboration.
- Lead and support demand generation activities that drive new pipeline, including discovery workshops, industry events, and customer presentations.
- Deliver solution expertise and value-based messaging throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification through to technical validation.
- Engage with Product Engineering and Solution Marketing to maintain a deep understanding of product roadmaps, industry trends, and innovation updates.
- Translate complex supply chain scenarios into clear business value using real-world examples, live system demos, and process-centric storytelling.
The SAP Supply Chain Management Solution Advisor plays a pivotal role in enabling sales success by delivering tailored, value-driven presentations and product demonstrations across the full spectrum of SAP’s supply chain solutions. This includes executive-level engagements that showcase the strategic impact of SAP S/4HANA and related solutions.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Presenting and demonstrating solutions such as SAP Warehouse Management, SAP Transportation Management, APO, PP/DS, and IBP to address customer-specific supply chain challenges.
- Showcasing the benefits of SAP Business Network for Procurement and Business Network for Commerce Automation to enable seamless collaboration with suppliers and trading partners.
- Supporting sales teams with deep functional knowledge across logistics, planning, and network collaboration, ensuring solution alignment with customer business priorities.
- Enabling differentiated conversations by articulating the value of SAP’s end-to-end supply chain capabilities in various industries and business contexts
- Provide expert deal support across industries by collaborating with sales teams, product teams, and solution advisors.
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to understand business needs and align SAP solutions.
- Deliver personalized and standard demos of SAP S/4HANA in key areas such as Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Planning.
- Highlight SAP innovations such as Business AI, Sustainability, and Business Network as part of the value proposition.
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement through dry runs, compelling UX presentations, and the use of digital assets.
- Execute Digital Discovery Assessments and define solution adoption roadmaps.
- Articulate SAP’s competitive advantage in Supply Chain Management.
- Drive demand generation activities with sales and marketing to ensure pipeline growth.
- Support partner enablement and scale SAP’s reach by educating the ecosystem.
- Deliver sales enablement sessions across the MEE region.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP release cycles, tools, and accelerators.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or related fields.
- SAP certification or training in Sourcing & Procurement for S/4HANA; additional module knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations; full-cycle projects highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition) and SAP Activate methodology.
- Industry experience in sectors like Mining, Retail, Manufacturing, or High Tech is an advantage.
- Proven experience in presales, consulting, or customer-facing roles with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to work regionally and adapt to varying customer needs
