Server Agent / Bar Server - Pastamara

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and ensuring smooth service operations
• Providing professional advice to our discerning guests
• Guest support and handling complaints
• Proper and responsible management of the cash register

Your Qualifications:

• successfully completed training as a restaurant specialist or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Lovers of Italian culture with a friendly, open and professional character
• Absolute service orientation
• High operational readiness and resilience
• A friendly, well-kept and professional appearance
• very reliable knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Italian desirable
