We work with top YouTubers and agencies across the DACH region and beyond.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who can bring our brand to life through standout content, creative storytelling, and community engagement.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Grow Talentir’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, produce, and publish high-quality short-form videos, posts, and graphics that drive engagement.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns aligned with our brand and target audiences.
- Spot emerging trends and translate them into relevant, high-performing content.
- Manage and maintain our content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting.
- Engage with our community, respond to comments/messages, and foster audience loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth on case studies, media assets, and storytelling.
- Maintain and update the company website as well as send newsletters.
- Track content performance, analyze results, and optimize for growth.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Completed education with a focus on marketing or similar.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing with measurable results.
- Skilled in Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools, able to create professional, high-impact visuals efficiently.
- Highly organized, able to plan and deliver multiple projects on time without sacrificing quality.
- Creative thinker with a track record of spotting trends and turning them into campaigns that resonate.
- Strong understanding of adapting content for new markets and tailoring strategies to different audiences.
- Excellent communicator in English (German is a plus, more languages welcome).
- Passionate about the creator economy, fintech, and digital innovation, with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
