This role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of high-speed action and digital precision. As Social Media Coordinator in the motorsports space, you’ll take charge of reporting and content coordination.
You'll manage assets for some of the most followed racing series in the world, tracking performance and keeping fans engaged every lap of the way. You’ll be responsible for ensuring social media runs as smoothly behind the scenes as it looks on the feed, working closely with editorial and creative teams to deliver timely insights and flawless execution.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Lead Social Reporting: Produce detailed monthly and ad hoc reports, analyzing key metrics to track performance, trends, and audience behavior. This includes presenting insights in a clear, compelling format using strong PowerPoint skills.
- Coordinate Social Content: Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of social media posts in alignment with race calendars and editorial goals, leveraging content planning tools to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
- Organize Media Assets: Handle media asset management and distribution, ensuring accurate tagging, timely delivery, and proper usage across channels.
- Distribute Content: Upload and publish social content across platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Support Editorial Workflows: Provide quality control and second-eye review for content, ensuring alignment with visual assets and strategic messaging across channels.
- Monitor and Engage: Contribute to community management efforts, helping respond to fans and track engagement during key events.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as a key connector between social, creative, and strategy teams to ensure a seamless digital presence.
