Solution Designer (f/m/d) - B2C Digital Solutions

• Facilitate discovery sessions with product owners and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements

• Design end-to-end logical and practical solution concepts that meet identified needs while considering scalability, usability, and feasibility

• Prepare solution design documentation and visual assets (e.g., user journeys, flow diagrams, capability maps) to support implementation

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise standards, technical guidelines, security, and data privacy requirements

• Act as a liaison between different agile teams, clarifying needs, addressing gaps, and ensuring shared understanding of solution scope

• Assist in evaluating solution effectiveness post-implementation and identify opportunities for refinement or extension

• Stay informed on trends in technology, business process improvement, and user experience to inform forward-thinking designs

• Do you have several years of experience in IT, focusing on Software Engineering or Solution Design, with strong involvement in large-scale transformational programs?

• Do you have significant experience designing APIs and microservices, along with a proven ability to understand user needs and create innovative, effective solutions through exploring options and developing prototypes?

• Do you have extensive experience with agile delivery models and the ability to develop solutions that effectively address challenges through technical analysis, prototyping, troubleshooting, and clear communication?
