Aufgaben

We're looking for an energetic and curious B2B Sales Representative to join our startup on a part-time basis (ideal for students). This role combines sales, marketing, and client interaction in one.

You’ll help us:

  • Generate leads using LinkedIn, email tools, and our own platform
  • Write personalized messages and outreach campaigns
  • Create basic marketing content (posts, short emails, slides)
  • Organize and conduct online and in-person meetings with prospects
  • Attend conferences, startup expos, and networking events to represent Upsell
  • Learn how AI is shaping the future of B2B sales

Qualifikation

  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken
  • Interest in tech, sales, or startup culture
  • Self-driven and willing to learn fast
  • Comfortable talking to clients both online and in real life
  • Fluent German speaker, advanced in English
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated ideally from business, economics, or marketing-related programs
