As our Strategic Product Manager (SPM), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing our Market Unit (MU) Voice Solutions strategy - ensuring it’s fully aligned with the overarching Business Unit and Corporate strategies. Your core mission: to drive the successful and profitable execution of product-level strategies through clear business planning, internal advocacy, and strategic lifecycle management.

Key Tasks

Implement the MU strategy at the product level, ensuring alignment with business and corporate goals

Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive product business plans and cases

Serve as the internal sponsor for product development initiatives

Manage the entire product lifecycle - from concept to phase-out

Define and continuously adapt product market strategies based on market and competitive analyses

Secure financing for each stage of the product lifecycle

Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor movements

Deliver high-quality product documentation to support internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate closely with the Operational Product Manager (OPM) within the Development department for seamless execution

Monitor and report on KPIs (strategic and financial) and product success metrics

Key Qualifications

Completed technical or business degree with at least 10 years Product Lifecycle management experience within complex IT environments

Proven B2B und B2G product management within the Telecommunication/IT Branche

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, preferably with ATM Know-how

Proven experience in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market analysis

Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Comfortable making data-driven decisions and influencing stakeholders

Experienced working in a matrix organization and managing complex product portfolios is a plus
