What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Oversee order processing and outbound logistics in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Ensure On-Time & In-Full delivery to customers
- Handle customer orders and maintain proactive, customer-oriented communication
- Coordinate and monitor 3PL warehouse partners
- Prepare reports and performance analyses for management
- Execute month-end closing activities , including sales uploads and invoice creation
- Prevent OOS (Out of Stock) situations through proactive planning and coordination
- Perform business case calculations , e.g., for transport and warehouse optimizations , to improve efficiency and cost control
- Actively contribute to process improvements and bring innovative ideas to support company growth
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to strengthen efficient supply chain structures

Qualifications and Experience
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant professional experience in similar position or completed apprenticeship in Supply Chain/Logistics, Supply Chain Degree
- Several years of experience in order management , customer service , and transport logistics
- Proficient in ERP systems , ideally MS Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of MS Office , especially Excel
- Experience working in a regulated environment (Pharma)
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Analytical mindset, solution-oriented working style , and high attention to detail
- Very good German and English skills , both written and spoken
- Enjoys cross-functional collaboration and process optimization
- Proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders (including phone calls) and strong stakeholder management
- Open personality that actively seeks exchange and constructive collaboration

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 39.298,- gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
